Problem

Dashboard and signage setups need live web content — news feeds, dashboards, status pages — displayed alongside media without switching apps.

Solution

Load any URL, RSS feed, or raw HTML into a grid cell. Cells support auto-refresh and custom CSS injection for styling. Three modes: URL (live web page), RSS (parsed feed), and HTML (raw markup).

Tier Availability

  • Free: Not available.
  • Plus / Pro: Up to 4 web feed cells per grid.

UI Flow

  1. Right-click a cell and choose “Web Feed.”
  2. Select mode: URL, RSS, or HTML.
  3. Enter the URL or paste HTML content.
  4. Optionally configure auto-refresh interval and custom CSS.

Known Limitations

  • Maximum of 4 web feed cells per grid (performance guard).
  • Web content requiring login or complex JavaScript may not render correctly.
  • Auto-refresh interval is configurable but not real-time streaming.
