Quick Hide

Problem

Presenters occasionally need to blank the screen instantly (e.g., during a break or unexpected interruption) and resume without reconfiguring.

Solution

Quick Hide instantly replaces the grid with a blank screen. Playback pauses in the background. Click anywhere or press any key to resume exactly where you left off.

UI Flow

1. Press the Quick Hide shortcut or toolbar button.
2. The grid is replaced with a solid black screen.
3. Playback pauses; all state is preserved.
4. Click or press any key to resume the grid instantly.

Tier Availability

Cross-tier: unlocked by any purchase (Plus or Pro).

Known Limitations

• Audio from video cells stops immediately; there is no fade-out.
• If the Mac sleeps during Quick Hide, playback resumes from where it paused, not from where it would have been.
