CSV Data Feed

Problem

Digital signage operators need to display dynamic data (menus, schedules, leaderboards) sourced from spreadsheets without manual content creation.

Solution

CSV Data Feed imports .csv files and renders rows as rotating content cards within grid cells. Columns map to card fields (title, subtitle, image URL, value). Cards auto-cycle at a configurable interval.

UI Flow

1. Open File > Import > CSV Data Feed.
2. Select a .csv file; FlexGrid previews the column mapping.
3. Assign columns to card fields (title, subtitle, value, image).
4. Set the rotation interval (seconds per card).
5. Data cards appear in a dedicated grid cell or overlay region.

Known Limitations

• Maximum of 500 rows per CSV file.
• Image URL column requires local file paths; remote URLs are not fetched.
