Clock Widget

Problem

Lobby displays and event screens often need to show the current time or a countdown alongside media content.

Solution

Clock Widget overlays a clock, timer, or event countdown on the grid. The clock displays in a configurable position with adjustable font, size, and color. Countdown mode accepts a target date/time and displays the remaining time.

UI Flow

1. Open Settings > Overlays > Clock Widget.
2. Choose mode: Clock, Timer, or Event Countdown.
3. For Countdown, set the target date and time.
4. Adjust position, font, size, and color.
5. The widget appears as a floating overlay on the grid.

Tier Availability

Cross-tier: unlocked by any purchase (Plus or Pro).

Known Limitations

• One clock widget active at a time.
• Timer resets if FlexGrid is restarted; it does not persist across launches.
